
A credit card or debit card is required to confirm a reservation on-line All prices are exclusive of IVA at 7%
Cancellations must be received in writing ( fax or e-mail) no later than 1 month before arrival. Cancellations with less than one month’s
notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-assign the room to another guest whereby a full refund will
be made. We will use all of our endeavours to ensure that the room is re-assigned as quickly as is possible.
No refunds are given to those guests who depart early or fail to arrive.
When we send you confirmation details of your reservation, you know that you have a definite booking. Until we send you that confirmation, you do not have a definite reservation. We normally confirm reservations as soon as we receive authorisation from the credit card or debit card bank – this is normally received within 48 hours of you making the booking and we will send you an e-mail as soon as authorisation has been received.
We expect full payment of the accommodation in advance, including IVA, at the time of making the reservation. Payment for breakfast or other services can be paid in advance or at the time of your stay. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds sterling, please contact us for details.
